1.
Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) by an American Health Association Vendor.
Personnel must be able to demonstrate competency in providing CPR, and have current BLS certification.
Critical care nurses shall have ACLS certification.
2.
Licensure - Contract personnel must have a current license in Washington State.
3.
One (1) year direct patient care experience within the last three- (3) years in the specialty.
4.
Computer Literacy - Contract personnel shall have the knowledge and ability to use computers and technology efficiently.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
