Senior Benefits Manager (B2B Only)
Hello!
A popular Benefits Firm in the Walla Wall area is looking for a rock star sales manager to join the team. We are an educational B2B sales firm only! (no hard or high pressured sales in people's homes).
This is a Development Manager position where you will be directly dealing with new hires in the training, mentoring, and the sales department. You will be teaching new agents how to meet with business clients, conduct phone prospecting, and close sales.
I am looking for someone long term that can create a residual income with us and someone with a good track history with previous B2B positions.
Qualifications:
Life & Disability License (not required, if you are willing to obtain)
Training, coaching, mentoring abilities
5 year
in Benefits Marketing or similar industry
Positive Attitude
Positive Energy
Awesome work ethic
