Talent Development Manager

The Talent Development Manager is a new role and part of the growing Hub South People Strategy team. This role is accountable for crafting and delivering people processes to maximize the employee and leadership experience at HUB International. The Talent Development Manager will have ownership for partnering with the People Strategy team to design, deliver, and continuously improve specific talent and organizational development initiatives (which may include career development, employee engagement, leadership development, succession, workforce planning) that align with HUB's broader talent strategy. This role will ensure we create talent solutions that are scalable and flexible for our offices. The Talent Development Manager may also facilitate various leadership and employee sessions across other HUB Regions. Major Duties and
Responsibilities:
Co-create and execute our talent development strategy for HUB South. Specific initiatives will include manager development, employee development, career pathing and employee engagement Research, design and execute employee-centric people processes and programs that span across the employee life cycle In partnership with our HR leaders - deliver, measure, and continuously improve people processes. Provide talent development thought leadership for various talent segments (employees, leaders, senior executives) Bring an inclusion and diversity lens to all people practice development and partner with the SVP of People Strategy and the broader People Strategy Team to implement DEI initiatives Design relevant and meaningful program measures that measure the impact of your talent initiatives Design and facilitate various leadership and employee development sessions across the region and at times, the organization Role model positive change - help others navigate transition and organizational change Participate or lead strategic organizational development (OD) initiatives - may include initial assessment work, creating and implementing OD strategies and monitoring results Build the leadership effectiveness and change capability of our internal clients Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR, talent, or organizational development experience Demonstrated experience designing and owning talent processes is a plus Experience as an HR Business Partner or on an organizational development team is a plus Excellent communication skills and an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of leadership while maintaining excellent customer service Blend of strategic thinking and practical execution Proficient in designing and using people analytics - be able to harness and use data to make informed decisions Understands the dynamics of a matrix organization Good organizational savvy, resilient Ability to simultaneously and effectively manage multiple projects and priorities Exemplary project management and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a diverse work group and manage ambiguous situations Strong computer skills:
Microsoft Office suite Strong negotiation and influence skills Passion for coaching and developing talent Willingness to travel - up to 20% Preferred
Qualifications:
Four-year college degree required - graduate work or degree in organizational development, HR, or related field preferred Demonstrated experience designing and owning talent processes is a plus Experience as an HR Business Partner or on an organizational development team is a plus Exposure to delivering components of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion efforts is a plus Experience with Workday or other cloud based HRIS systems Department Human Resources Required

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, Organization Development & Training, HR Recruitment & PlacementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
